A compact, ultra-mobile locker designed for tight spaces, elevators, and truck beds. Great for tools, PPE, cords, buckets, small equipment, and seasonal household items. On construction sites it is ideal for secure tool storage, easy relocation between floors, and safe overnight lockup. Can be moved with a pallet jack.

Medium MSL Locker

A tall, efficient storage unit that maximizes vertical space. Perfect for clothing racks, boxes, long tools, demo gear, and small appliances. At construction sites, it fits ladders up to ~6 ft, long tools, and jobsite materials. Easy to move through hallways and into elevators, making it ideal for tight, multi-floor projects.

Large MSL Locker

A wider format for bulky items, furniture, and commercial inventory. On construction projects, it is excellent for larger ladders, tool chests, power tools, and protected material staging. Still highly maneuverable with a pallet jack or forklift; perfect for keeping one crew’s essential equipment consolidated.

XLarge MSL Locker

Outer: 90″ × 48″ × 80″
Inner: 87″ × 45″ × 73″

Maximum volume for customers who need serious storage capacity without using a container. Ideal for multi-room residential storage or large-scale commercial jobs. On construction sites, it acts as a mobile, mini-storage room for equipment, heaters, cords, drywall tools, and small machinery.

$50 delivery + $50 pickup (paid upfront). So when you’re done, pickup is already covered. Full delivery cycle: $100.

3. Schedule Your Delivery
After you complete your rental plan purchase, you’ll be prompted to use our booking calendar to select your preferred delivery date and time.

We deliver the locker to you, pick it up when you’re ready, return it on request, and collect it empty — four trips included. Billed monthly until cancelled.

This option requires 4 separate trips because: we deliver the empty locker to you, pick it up full and transport it to our warehouse, deliver it back when you need access and pick it up again when storage ends.

$50 per trip × 4 trips = $200 total.
Full delivery cycle: $200.

I have been working in construction for many years. You don't always have the opportunity to take your tools with you and be sure that no one will steal them. But thanks to the Mobile storage locker you have a safe opportunity for your tool to store it on the job site. There is also a choice of dimensions for your locker. The guys will bring it to where you need it. Glad to deal with them!

Mobile Storage Locker combines the best parts of PODS and traditional self-storage — but with key advantages neither can offer. Unlike PODS, our lockers are designed to fit in garages, underground parking, and tight spaces, not just driveways. Unlike self-storage, you don’t need to rent a truck or move your items twice — you simply load once, right at home.
Our lockers are also truly mobile: if you have a pallet jack or forklift, you can move them yourself on-site (perfect for contractors). Each unit is skid-mounted, which also makes it easy to load into the bed of a pickup truck for short moves. This gives you flexibility and control that PODS and fixed self-storage units simply don’t offer.

Yes — when stored with us, your locker is kept indoors in a climate-controlled facility, safe for electronics, wood furniture, and sensitive items. Unlike public self-storage, there is no walk-in public access to our warehouse. When you need your items, you can simply book an appointment and your locker will be temporarily staged in a secure area for you.
Just book an appointment through our online portal or over the phone — we’ll stage your locker in a secure area for pickup or deliver it back to your address when you need it. Access is guaranteed within 24 hours, and we’ll always try our best to do it even faster — typically, lockers are staged or delivered the same day.
No problem — simply request another mobile storage locker. You can start with a small unit and add more portable storage units as needed. Our flexible storage solutions scale with your needs.
Each self-storage locker is tested to 1 ton total capacity and rated at 70 pounds per square foot — the same standard used in permanent storage facilities. Heavy-duty and reliable for both residential and commercial storage.
  • Same-day load/unload (best value): We bring the locker, you load or unload it within one hour, and our driver can even give you a hand. This option saves an extra trip and costs $45 each way.
  • Delivery & Pickup:
    $50 delivery + $50 pickup (paid upfront)
    So when you’re done, pickup is already covered.

If loading or unloading takes longer than 1 hour during a same-day service, extra time is billed at $65 per hour charged in 15-minute increments.

You don’t need to commit upfront — you can decide which option works best at the time of service.

Our lockers are built by the same companies that fabricate self-storage units and steel-framed buildings (Neotech Construction Inc. and Whitebox Building Systems). They use the same proven materials found in permanent storage facilities:

  • 22-gauge pre-painted steel panels
  • 14-gauge diamond tread aluminum, riveted together using the same method as boat construction
  • 16-gauge galvanized steel skids, designed for mobility and warehouse storage

Each unit is tested to safely handle up to 1 ton total load capacity and rated for at least 70 pounds per square foot — the same standard as fixed self-storage units. They’re lighter than shipping containers (“sea cans”) to stay mobile, but offer the same strength and usability as traditional self-storage.

Absolutely. If you’re relocating, you don’t need to reload everything into a moving truck. Once your locker is packed, you have several options:

We move it for you — we’ll pick it up and deliver it to your new address, saving you the hassle of handling your items twice.

Book a moving company — you can arrange for professional movers to load the locker for you. We also have partner moving companies we work with and can recommend if you’d like help.

Own it and take it anywhere — if you’d like full control, you can purchase the locker and move it yourself. The units are skid-mounted, so they can be shifted with a pallet jack, forklift, or even loaded into a pickup truck bed.
